Mr. Ocal is an expert in the public policy process in the U.S. Congress, as well as an accomplished business strategist and skilled lobbyist, with a history of achievements at leading companies in diverse industries through the ever-increasing maze of U.S. legislative and regulatory challenges.
Mr. Ocal has represented companies before the U.S. Government (executive branch, legislative branch, administrative and regulatory agencies), state governments, foreign governments and global trade organizations.
His lobbying experience embraces managing multiple issues, including legislative and regulative, including such issues as trade, elderly healthcare & benefits, product safety, environment, financial services, construction, foreign and defense policy.
Mr. Ocal recognized for expertise in developing and implementing effective offensive and defensive strategies for government affairs, identifying issues and opportunities that affect a company’s bottom line, negotiating complex legislative provisions that advance the interests of the organization and provide practical business solutions. Grace Geremia

Grace serves as Senior Vice President of Ocal Lobbying Group and is a Corporate Officer for Geremia & Associates. In this role, she is responsible for all legislative issues for Congress and the Administration, all political activities for the company in Washington, DC, along with corporate affairs. She also co-manages the Company’s corporate office in Fort Lauderdale and Washington, DC.
Grace Geremia began her career as president of a nation-wide auto dealer and was responsible for nationwide sales affairs activities for the company in over several countries and territories.
She has managed a global team of over 4 government affairs and strategic communications professionals. In a short time, she strengthened her growth and competitiveness, including successfully advocating for comprehensive sales reform; enhancing network efficiencies through infrastructure projects from international organizations; securing alternative lobbying in support of sustainability; working to modernize trade agreements and customs processes; leveling the playing field with networks; facilitating International Trade Forward certification; and advocating for laws that promote equity and justice in the workplace.

Lorenzo Pessoa

Lorenzo Pessoa has an extensive background in economic development, which led to his appointment as Economic Opportunity (EO) where he oversaw each division and program, cabinet affairs, communications, and external affairs.
Mr. Pessoa has been responsible for overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, including the budgets of DEO’s subcontracted agencies as enterprise, and source Paraguay and Japan.
Since joining our economic development section, Mr. Pessoa helped our clients for economic recovery projects, and assisted clients in partnering with small, minority, and entrepreneurial companies with training, development and financing options for their businesses.
